Athletes aged 5-16 years compete Friday nights September to March from 5:45pm. Athletes compete in a minimum of four events per night (depending on age group) in a varied rotation. Sprint and Middle distance 50-1500m; Sprint Hurdles; 200m,Hurdles; Long, Triple and High Jump; Shot put, Discus and Javelin; Play Training events. Optional Free training is offered Wednesdays for members only.

Northern Gold Coast Netball Association was established in 2008 and is the youngest association on the Gold Coast.

NGCNA runs various competitions such as the Netball Australia NetSetGO  for players 5-10yrs, a Junior Saturday competition including an open’s division.  A senior competition is run at the Runaway Bay Indoor Centre on Wednesday nights providing for competitive and social teams.
