Athletes aged 5-16 years compete Friday nights September to March from 5:45pm.
Athletes compete in a minimum of four events per night (depending on age group)
in a varied rotation. Sprint and Middle distance 50-1500m; Sprint Hurdles; 200m,
Hurdles; Long, Triple and High Jump; Shot put, Discus and Javelin; Play Training
events. Optional Free training is offered Wednesdays for members only.

Helensvale Little Athletics is run by a wonderful group of volunteers who give up their time to help run our very special centre. Our centre was voted by Q.L.A.A. as being the best run centre that has over 300 athletes. We have 5 life members one of them receiving the volunteer of the year award for Queensland. Each year our centre grows that little more and we have over 300 registered athletes competing each week which range from 3-17 years of age. At Helensvale Little Athletics we like to promote Family, Fun & Fitness.

Runaway Bay is the largest Rugby League club on the Northern end of the
Gold coast boasting over 600 junior players. Our junior age groups start at U/5 and
go through to U/17. Runaway Bay players who have played NRL include
Scott Sattler, Tim Smith and current Melbourne Storm player Jeremy Smith.

The Southport Triathlon Club was founded in January 2006. The Club is based in the
Southport area on the beautiful Gold Coast, and is affiliated with Triathlon
Queensland and Triathlon Australia. Our club is made up of individuals from all walks
of life and all ages including Juniors. The Club has a well balanced group of
experienced and knowledgeable athlete's willing to strive for their individual goals
and help fellow members to achieve theirs.
